In October of 2020 work crews began the first stage of construction for the brand new SUNCATCHER VILLAS AND HEALTH SPA, located in heart of SouthFace Village. The building was years in the planning, designing, and permitting stages, and when completed will be the first luxury residential and health club complex to be built on Okemo Mountain in 20 years.
